When slicing meat, one must make careful attention to the thickness of the slice, ensuring it is exactly to the customer's specification. Meat with a fold or crimp is unacceptable. Especially at a gourmet (expensive) delicatessen such as this one, our customer satisfaction is what drives our business. Be very careful!
