Frosty, being the most iconic snowman, has a lot of lesser snowmen modeled after him. That's what I was thinking as I walked around last winter, seeing snowmen left and right. But there's always one item missing: the top hat. It's a luxury item, so that's understandable. They're lower class snowmen.
