She threw a brick of charcoal to distract the guard. She blew soot on the invisible laser grid in order to avoid tripping the alarm. She used an incredibly well-sharpened pencil to cut the glass casing, and stole the diamond. The reporting officer later said, "Yet another crime perpetrated by allotropy!"
