Clawing its way back from the depths of unupdated bloggery, it's the EsteBlog! Allow me to regale you with my thoughts on those games that I've played in recent memory. They won't be full reviews, and they will be light on descriptions of the game. I mostly just want to share my opinions.

Pokemon Cosplay!
Sorry this is so late. I've been busy with a lot of stuff.
Pokemon cosplay! Not the kind you're thinking of, though.

First Impressions: PokePark 2
After surprisingly enjoying the obviously child-targeted PokePark Wii, I decided to get the sequel and see how it holds up. So far, it's doing alright.

System Sounds
For the longest time, I've used the default system sounds for Windows and my iPhone, among other things. But then I realized, why?

Pokemon Black: Most Levels in One Battle!
You may recall (or may not (probably not)) when I posted this video detailing my attempt to obtain the maximum experience possible in one battle. Shortly after that, with new knowledge, I tried again. I then promptly forgot about it and failed to share it with the world. Now I seek to rectify that. The whole thing is in three parts, which you'll see below, and is definitely worth a watch.

Dreaming of a World of Pokemon
There's no way around it. I'm a Pokemon addict. I can't get enough of them. Imaginary creatures of the highest order, anything to do with Pokemon is of interest to me. I have an ever-growing collection of toys and plushies, I enjoy the Pokemon anime, and I've been lately pursuing more and more of the so-called "spinoff" Pokemon games.

Dream World Pokémon!?
Does anyone want Dream World Pokémon? If you want exclusive combinations such as Gyarados with Moxie, Gliscor with Poison Heal, Politoed with Drizzle, and much more, check out my new page, which details all of the Pokémon I have found in the Dream World, as well as the new abilities they come with.
They are all female, so I can share any of them with whomever is interested. Just ask if you want one.

Gotta Catch 'Em All
Almost three months ago now, I set out on a journey. I met a lot of friends along the way, and suffered many hardships, but I remained steadfast in my goal, to be the very best. I would do something I had never done in a Pokémon game previously. I would catch 'em all.

WAILORD!
Often the source of many jokes, this is Wailord, the largest known Pokémon. The official art alone does not fully capture the enormity that is Wailord, so click the link below for some additional images, to truly appreciate it.

A Con in Review 2: PAX East 2011
So, for those of you unfamiliar, I was in Boston a few weeks ago for the second annual Penny Arcade Expo: East Coast Version. This is my story.

Played some Ghost Trick, met a duck. Good times.
Did some pretty random stuff this weekend, although it was a pretty typical weekend by my standards, to be honest.

This week in gaming
Don't mind me, just trying something. Just because it's called "This week in..." doesn't mean I'll make one every week, okay? I just thought I'd talk a bit about the games I've played and the games I want to play. On the agenda for this week (again, this doesn't imply there will be an agenda next week) is Ghost Trick, PokePark Wii, Pokemon HeartGold, Pokemon Black/White, the 3DS, LittleBIGPlanet 2, and Donkey Kong Country Returns. I don't anticipate to have so many different random games to talk about every time, but this one turned out rather long, so there you go.
